Students’ Policy

Everything you need to know about scheduling, breaks, makeup classes, and payments — so your learning journey runs smoothly.

These simple guidelines keep things fair and clear for every student and teacher. Please take a moment to read them.

Class Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a class if you notify the support team at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 2 hours before will result in cancellation of that session — with no makeup class or refund.
  • Each student may reschedule up to 50% of their classes per month.
  • Rescheduling or cancelling must be done through our support channels (WhatsApp or Email) — not directly with the teacher.
  • Please choose your class times based on your own availability. You can reschedule to any open slot within your teacher’s shift.
  • No-shows: if you miss a class without notifying us in advance, it is treated as a late cancellation — the session is counted, with no makeup class or refund.

Makeup Classes

  • Makeup classes can be arranged for the past 2 months only.
  • They are subject to teacher availability, and must be scheduled within the teacher’s working hours.

Payments

  • Payments are made in advance. Monthly invoices are sent automatically once classes are scheduled.
  • Payment is due every 4 weeks. If payment is delayed beyond 3 days, classes are paused until payment is received.
  • We accept a wide range of secure payment methods — credit and debit cards, Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Invoices are sent by email or WhatsApp.

Student Lateness

  • Please attend your classes on time. If you’re late, your teacher will wait for up to half the class duration.
  • Any minutes missed due to lateness cannot be made up.

If Your Teacher Is Late or Absent

  • Your time is respected too. If a teacher is late, the missed minutes are made up — either within the same session or in a separate makeup class.
  • If a teacher needs to miss a scheduled class, you’ll be notified as early as possible and given a full makeup class at a time that suits you.

Refunds

  • If you decide to stop your course, you may request a refund for any scheduled future classes that you haven’t taken yet.
  • Classes already completed, and sessions cancelled late or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
  • To request a refund, simply contact our support team and we’ll take care of it.

Respect & Conduct

  • We’re a community built on sincerity and good character. We ask that students and teachers treat one another with kindness and respect at all times.
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward teachers or staff may result in the suspension of classes, without refund.

Scholarships

  • Scholarships are available for students who are unable to afford the current class prices.
