Makhaarij (Points of Articulation)
Understanding where each sound originates from in the mouth or throat (Makhaarij) is key to proper Quranic recitation. This lesson will guide students on how to pronounce each letter from its exact point of articulation, ensuring clarity and precision.

Sifaat (Characteristics of Letters)
Arabic letters have specific characteristics, such as heaviness (Tafkheem) or lightness (Tarqeeq), which influence how they are pronounced. This lesson covers these attributes and helps students differentiate between the qualities of each letter.

Short and Long Vowels (Harakaat & Madd)
Students will learn the use of short vowels (Harakaat) – Fatha, Kasra, and Damma – and how these affect the sound of the letters. Additionally, they will explore the rules of long vowels (Madd) and how to elongate sounds in Quranic recitation for proper rhythm.

Tanween and Shaddah
This lesson covers the double vowel sounds (Tanween) and the application of emphasis on letters through the Shaddah, which plays an important role in accurate recitation. Students will learn how to apply these rules in Quranic verses.

Basic Word Formation
Once the letters and vowels are mastered, students move on to forming words by joining letters. They will practice recognizing familiar words and phrases from the Quran, learning how to apply the rules of pronunciation in real recitation scenarios.

Tajweed Rules
Tajweed refers to the set of rules governing the pronunciation of Quranic words. In this lesson, students will dive into the essential Tajweed rules, such as Ikhfa, Idgham, Iqlab, and Qalqalah. These rules ensure that the recitation follows the proper rhythm and flow required in Quranic recitation.

Quranic Words and Verses Practice
This practical component focuses on applying all the learned rules to actual Quranic words and verses. Students will receive guided recitation exercises, helping them improve their fluency, pronunciation, and confidence in reciting the Quran.

Advanced Tajweed Techniques
In the advanced stages of the course, students will explore more nuanced Tajweed rules and techniques. This includes lessons on the stopping points (Waqf), elongation (Madd al-Munfasil and Madd al-Muttasil), and the application of subtle pronunciation adjustments during recitation.
