1. Class Rescheduling Policy
– Students are allowed to reschedule their classes if they notify the support team at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the class will result in the cancellation of that session without a makeup class or a refund.
-Each student is allowed to reschedule up to 50% of their classes per month.
-Rescheduling or cancelling classes must be done through the support channels (via WhatsApp or Email) and not directly with the teacher.
-The student should choose their class timings based on personal availability, and can reschedule a class to any available slot within the teacher’s shift.
2. Break Policy
-Students may take breaks, and depending on the number of hours missed, the following options are available:
2, 4, 6, and 8 hours/month: Students can either reschedule the missed sessions or place their course on hold for 1 or 2 weeks.
10 hours or more: Students can reserve their time slot by paying 50% of the tuition during the break period. Makeup classes are not provided in this case.
-If the break exceeds 2 weeks, the course will automatically be placed on hold. The student must contact the institute before the resume date to arrange a new schedule, which will depend on both student and teacher availability.
3. Makeup Class Policy
-Students can arrange makeup classes only for the past 2 months.
-Makeup classes are subject to teacher availability and should be scheduled within the teacher’s work hours.
4. Payment Policy
-Payments should be made in advance, and monthly invoices are automatically sent upon scheduling classes.
-Students are required to make payments every 4 weeks. In case of payment delays beyond 3 days, the classes will be suspended until payment is received.
-Payment methods include Stripe or other secure platforms, and Invoices are sent via email.
5. Student Lateness Policy
-Students are expected to attend classes on time. If a student is late, the teacher will wait for half the duration of the class.
-Any missed minutes due to student lateness cannot be made up.
6. Scholarship Policy
-Scholarships are available for students who are unable to afford the current class prices.
